How to Get Support
All support is handled through our Discord ticket system.
To open a ticket:
- 1. Join our Discord Server
- 2. Go to the #tickets channel
- 3. Click the correct button to open a private support ticket
- 4. A staff member will respond shortly
Most issues are handled within a few hours. Please be patient.
Important Guidelines
- • Do not DM staff directly
- • Do not use tickets to argue about rules
- • Do not submit troll tickets
- • Abuse of the ticket system will result in a mute or ban from support tickets in the future
Additional Notes
You may also open a ticket if this site is missing documentation or has broken links.
If the server is offline or acting broken, report it in #tickets if it's not mentioned in #news.
Check Server Reboot Frequency before panicking.
