Connection & Latency Overview
Lag can come from both your internet and our server.
Server Location
The server is currently hosted in North America.
EU players and players outside NA might have noticeably worse ping.
We will get better tunnels after upgrades.
Common Issues & Solutions
| Issue | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| High Ping | You live far from the server (EU, Asia, etc.) | Use wired connection or VPN with closer route for stability |
| Rubberbanding | Anticheat or tunnel bottleneck | Try Ethernet or reduce background usage |
| Connection Reset | Network instability or tunnel issues | Retry after 30 seconds |
| Lag at peak times | Server TPS or network congestion | Happens occasionally, we're working on upgrades |
